Auction procedure

- No access to the interior condition for the auction unit is permitted, as no one has keys to show you the unit
- Verify your loan eligibility prior to participating in the auction

- Perform an online transfer of a 10% deposit/ prepare a 10% bank draft made payable to the bank at least 1 day before the auction
- The auction will feature both online and on-site bidding, and we will support you throughout the entire bidding process
- We will arrange for a professional lawyer experienced in auction cases to assist you after a successful bid
