KL’s residential projects are made up of older, established residential areas as well as new developments that come with heart-stopping prices. It has become iProperty.com.my’s tradition to release best-selling residential projects by transactions. Previously, we shared the top 5 best-selling residential projects in Malaysia. This time, we rank KL’s best-selling projects based on the review period from January 2018 to December 2018.

The data is obtained from the Valuation and Property Services (JPPH) that has been compiled by brickz. The properties are ranked in ascending order and presented based on the number of transactions.

Here we round up the 5 most prime residential projects in KL for anyone looking for a place to call home.
