We have revealed Malaysia’s top 5 chart-topping residential projects based on the review period from January 2018 to December 2018. The data are obtained from the Valuation and Property Services (JPPH) that has been compiled by brickz. The properties are ranked in ascending order and are presented based on the number of transactions.

This small neighbourhood is adjacent to other townships like Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, and Puchong.
