Malaysia’s first home and property expo of the new decade commences a smoother property purchasing journey with some of the country’s hottest property deals and rebates.

Malaysia’s No.1 property site, kick-started its grandeur 2020 Home & Property InvestmentFair last week. It showcased properties by some of the top developers in Malaysia. For 11 consecutive years, this leading property site takes homebuyers and home seekers a step closer to their next property investment by offering property on exhibit priced as low as RM252,000.

To assist homeowners in finding a property to buy or rent, this expo brought together all real estate players under one roof at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC) from Friday, 17 January 2020 to Sunday, 19 January 2020.

Along with its grand opening, has officially launched its full 2019 Portal Demand Analytics. This is the first time a demand-supply report is compiled and published in Malaysia. This report is a continuation of the first report for the first half of 2019.

The publication was presented by General Manager – Customer Data Solutions, Premendran Pathmanathan. The full report is to provide a brief overview of current trends in the Malaysia’s sub-sale residential property market using’s user visits and property listing data. It focuses primarily on the sub-sale residential property market of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, and Johor.

It’s all thing property under one roof

Much the same as the previous editions, the 2020 Home & Property Investment Fair attracted some of the country’s most prominent developers. The three-day expo featured 14 exhibitors including Mah Sing Group Berhad, Sheng Tai International, Tropicana Corporation Berhad, HCK Builders Sdn Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad, and Sunsuria Berhad.

This expo never failed to deliver attractive exclusive deals, incentives, giveaways, and visitors even stood a chance to win amazing prizes by joining the expert talks. Visitors who pre-registered online received the event’s exclusive merchandise. On top of that, those who booked a property unit also optioned to win a buyer’s reward worth up to RM 50,000. 

Aside from obtaining the best deals in town, partnered with CTOS and the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) to deliver more meaningful on-ground activities for visitors. Visitors had the chance to sign up for EPF i-Akaun, checked EPF statement and credit score on the spot before they decided to invest in properties.  There was also’s product booth for visitors to check their home loan eligibility, transaction history and point of interest. 

It’s engaging and entertaining too

The Home & Property Investment Fair 2020 featured 11 experts to share insights on the Malaysian property landscape. Apart from engaging directly with developers and their showcased properties, visitors also benefited from penetrating seminars held by industry experts.

Feng Shui enthusiast also did not miss the opportunity to learn about boosting luck and the best time to invest as this is the first featured two Feng Shui masters – Master Sandy Paw and Master Richard Hoo.

While property showcases and seminars being the main agenda, it didn’t stop there as visitors had fun with property-related games and activities.  There was a Kahoot game, sand art, Chinese Calligraphy, origami workshop, Chinese New Year Cookies Giveaway and even a claw machine.

Not just that, the expo was also filled with a mesmerising traditional Chinese musical performance and lion dance.

Overall, is committed to providing a well-established platform that bridges potential consumers to real estate agents, investors and landlords as meeting consumers’ expectations and improving homeownership journey is one of the company’s agendas. The Home & Property Investment Fair 2020 has delivered and opened many doors for property seekers, investors and even first-time homebuyers to leverage on.

As the curtain falls on this years’ Home & Property Investment Fair, visitors can expect more deals and rebates from the next’s expo.
