Your project budget can dictate the design of your condominium.

We spoke to two local interior designer firms about their stunning iterations of 1300 sq ft condominiums. Amorphous Design and Box Design Studio filled us in on the finer details of both their projects, giving us a breakdown of budget and design.

Budget: RM 60,000

Work Done:

  • Kitchen: Upgrade of existing cabinets, plaster ceiling, wiring, lighting, painting, and curtains.
  • Master Bedroom: Wardrobe, plaster ceiling, wiring, lighting, painting, and curtains.
  • Kids’ Bedroom & Playroom: Plaster ceiling, wiring, lighting, painting, and roller blinds.
  • Living & Dining Room: Feature wall, coloured glass, plaster ceiling, wiring, lighting, painting, and curtains.

  • Living room: TV feature wall and display cabinet, plaster ceiling, wiring, lighting and painting.
  • Entryway: Shoe cabinets and storage unit, wiring, plaster ceiling, and painting.
  • Bedroom: Bed headboard, wardrobe, study table, dressing table, plaster ceiling, painting, wiring, and lighting.
  • Bathrooms: Basin cabinets, mirror cabinets, wiring, and lighting.

  • Tiling: RM3000.
