Bidding procedure
- Inspect the property from the exterior only
- No access to the interior condition for the auction unit is allowed, as no one holds keys to show you the unit
- Verify your loan eligibility before participating in the auction
- We will coordinate with bankers to help you with loan verification
- Sign up with us at least 1 day prior to the auction (auction documents will be provided to you after registration)
- Execute an online transfer of a 10% deposit/ prepare a 10% bank draft made payable to the bank at least 1 day before the auction
- The auction will include both online and on-site bidding, and we will support you throughout the entire bidding experience
- We will arrange for a qualified lawyer experienced in auction cases to assist you after a successful bid
