Walking distance and very near for drive out too. On the other hand, there is Mcdonald and Petronas once you turn out from this housing area. Further down abit , there is police station and kinrara golf club just 3mins away from the house. You can also reach Pavillion Bukit Jalil and GIant in 5-10mins depends on your driving spped. There are lots of Chinese Eateries aka Good Quality Kopitiam around too.
