If you are looking to rent at Jendela Residences, I think this is one of those units where the partly furnished condition actually makes a difference.

At 2,260 sqft, the Type D layout already gives you a generous living and dining area, but what I like here is that quite a bit of the practical work has already been done. The kitchen comes with built-in cabinetry and island, while built-ins and selected white goods are already included — so you are not starting with a completely bare unit.

The living area opens directly towards the golf course, with a long balcony running alongside it. Being North-East facing, you also get the softer morning side rather than the stronger late-afternoon western sun.

The interiors are kept quite neutral as well. White finishes, warm timber details and the existing built-ins make it easy to bring in your own furniture without having to work around a very specific design.

For a family looking for a larger Jendela unit that is not fully furnished, but also not completely empty, I think this strikes a good balance.
