The Ruma, KLCC, KL City Centre

The Ruma (also known as The Ruma Hotel & Residences) is a five star global branded hotel plus luxury serviced residence located in KLCC. It is a joint venture development between Ireka Corp and Aseana Properties. It will be managed by Urban Resort Concepts (also known as URC), which operates the internationally famous hotel The PuLi in Shanghai. It is located at Jalan Kia Peng and in front of the KLCC Park that is on a freehold land.

The Ruma comes in four sizes at 915 sf, 980 sf, 1,356 sf and 1,380 sf respectively. Penthouses are sized at 3,000 sf. All units are furnished with a kitchenette and air conditioners. Unit price per sf was at around RM2,000. Meanwhile, the hotel spans over 12 levels with a total of 253 hotel suites ranging from standard, junior, grand to presidential suites. Each suite offers 24-hour in-room dining, concierge service, laundry, valet and other bespoke services.

The Ruma spans over 18 levels with a total of 200 units. There are 6 layout types to choose from 2 + 1 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 + 1 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms. Each unit is fitted with designer kitchen and branded appliances such as hood, hob, fridge, microwave oven and built-in wardrobe in all bedrooms.

The Ruma Hotel & Residences is secluded in Jalan Kia Peng, amidst the highly desired Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle. From there, only 3 minutes walking distance to KLCC Park, 5 minutes to Suria KLCC, 5 minutes to the major shopping malls in the city such as Pavilion and the coming Harrods Departments Store. It is also near to public transportation stations, making driving unnecessary for the residents.
