Megan Avenue 1 is an older-but-well-situated office complex in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, right between Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang.  It consists of about five blocks of 10-12 storeys, so its scale is moderate — not a huge tower, but sizeable. 
Surrounding it is a mix of high-end and mid-level commercial and residential buildings: Hampshire Place, 2 Hampshire, Acadia Residensi, Plaza OSK are all nearby.  You’ve got excellent amenity access: it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Ampang Park LRT, and shopping malls such as Suria KLCC, Avenue K, Intermark are close by. 
Road access is good — Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang directly serve it, with connections via the elevated highway (AKLEH) and other major arteries.  On the flip side, because of its central location, the area is busy, especially during peak hours. Roads are relatively narrow in places (especially Persiaran Hampshire) and parking / traffic congestion can be issues. 
Overall, the surrounding feels very urban, dense, and very “city centre KL” — lots of office-workers, shoppers, eateries, commercial activity. Megan Avenue 1 offers a good balance of prestige + convenience without being quite as pricey as some of the newer skyscrapers.
