Jade Hills remains one of Gamuda Land's most thoughtfully crafted townships known for its lush green landscapes and well-managed development. The development’s planning was done with the terrain’s contour lines in mind and a split building approach was employed. By carefully trimming the earth to create platforms of different levels, this cost and time-consuming method helped to reduce the disturbance and impact on the natural environment.
