    *Sri Putramas* (also known as Sri Putramas I or Sri Putramas 1) is a high density medium-cost condominium situated at Jalan Putramas, which is next to [Jalan Kuching]. It is located right in-front its younger brother, [Sri Putramas II]. 
    
    There is a bus stop at Jalan Kuching which is within 5 minutes walk from the entrance of Sri Putramas. You can easily access to Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Damansara and Petaling Jaya; via Jln Kuching, Jln Duta, Jln Ipoh, NKVE and Penchala Link.
    
    Sri Putramas is one of Mayland's early property projects. It was widely criticized for poor construction materials used, multiple schedule delays, and many maintenance problems seen after the completion of the condominium. Because of these reasons, Mayland has been regarded as a bad developer ever since.
