Auction procedure
- Inspect the property from the exterior only
- No access to the inside of the auction unit is allowed, as no keys are available for access
- Confirm your loan eligibility prior to participating in the auction
- We will have bankers available to assist you with loan eligibility verification
- Register with us at least 1 day before the auction (auction documents will be provided once you register)
- Transfer a 10% deposit online or prepare a 10% bank draft payable to the bank at least 1 day ahead of the auction
- The auction will be held both online and on-site, and we will assist you throughout the bidding process
- We will arrange for a qualified attorney to help you with auction matters after a successful bid
