
SHAH ALAM – To spread the festive spirit this Hari Raya Aidilfitri, S P Setia Bhd (“Setia” or “the Group”) has launched a special Raya sales campaign offering rewards, referral incentives and festive activities for new homebuyers, Citizen Setia (existing purchasers) and the public.
Running from 16 March to 30 April 2026, the campaign aims to enhance the homeownership experience while fostering stronger connections among families, friends and communities.
A key highlight is Rezeki Bonanza, which incentivises new purchases and timely Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signings. Purchasers who book a participating Setia property during the campaign period and sign the SPA within 30 days will receive a RM4,000 reward per unit.
In addition, the Kawan Bawa Kawan referral programme encourages Citizen Setia members to introduce family and friends to Setia developments. Successful referrals during the campaign period will be rewarded with a RM3,000 referral fee per unit.

The campaign is further complemented by premium Hari Raya gifts for eligible purchasers, digital engagement through a Raya-themed in-app game on the Setia Go app, and events at selected Setia Sales Galleries across Klang Valley, Johor and Penang.
