Not just that, you can easily beat the traffic as public transportation is readily available in the area with LRT Kelana Jaya Line, MRT Sungai Buloh – Kajang (SBK) Line, KL Monorail and Go KL City buses running through various routes.

We compiled a list of the most searched areas using data from iProperty.com.my’s big data solution, iPropertyIQ.com. This is based on a review period from January 2019 to September 2019.

5. Banyan Tree Signatures

Search percentage: 6.4%

This luxury residence is located right in the pulsating heart of the KL Golden Triangle. It is made up of 411 private residences, 51 serviced residences, 55 hotel rooms, and suites. There are 12 residential layouts to choose from where the units are semi-furnished with wardrobe, kitchen cabinet and kitchen island. Also, there’s a bridge that links the residence to Pavilion Mall where residents and tenants are offered selections of retail haven.

It is a mixed development comprising office towers, residential towers, and shops.  KL Trillion is located just next door to The Intermark and is only 600m away from the Ampang Park LRT station. It focuses on the privacy of its residents as there are only four to six residential units on each floor while they can enjoy the skyline’s picturesque view.
