Held at E&O Gallery, City of Elmina, Huat Come Home(马到东家游) marks a milestone as E&O’s first Chinese New Year celebration at its Gallery since establishing its footprint in City of Elmina, made even more meaningful as it coincides with the newly launched Seri Embun residential township, bringing “double the happiness” to visitors: a festive celebration and a first look at a new place to call home.

Across the two-day weekend, guests can look forward to a curated mix of festive attractions for all ages, including:

  • Acrobatic Lion Dance Performance with Firecrackers (1 March, 10am) to elevate the festive atmosphere and usher in good luck
  • CNY-themed game booths with point collection and prize redemption, including a Lucky Winner Machine, with grand prizes and cash prizes up for grabs
  • Kids workshops designed for parent-child bonding and hands-on craft experiences, such as lacquer fan painting, Chinese knot making and lion dance head craft

Beyond the celebration, visitors are also welcome to take a quieter moment to imagine what “home” could look like in the years ahead. The gallery experience features a detailed scale model of the township, a comfortable lounge for guests to unwind, and show unit viewings for those who would like to step inside and experience the spaces more closely.

Designed with wellness and sustainability at its heart, Seri Embun reflects E&O’s vision of a liveable, family-friendly neighbourhood—one shaped by thoughtful planning, welcoming shared spaces and landscaped green pockets that encourage everyday balance. Set on elevated terrain beside a 2,700-acre permanent forest reserve, the township offers a rare sense of nature, privacy and long-term liveability, where green views and open skies become part of daily life.

Anchored by a purpose-designed clubhouse and outdoor wellness features, Seri Embun is designed so that wellbeing and neighbourly connection happen naturally, making it easy for residents to move more, breathe deeper, and settle into a healthier daily rhythm through amenities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool, multipurpose hall, children’s playground, yoga lawn, surau and jacuzzi, complemented by landscaped spaces including herb gardens, reflexology courts, linear parks and running paths.

“Seri Embun reflects a deliberate focus on long-term liveability, said Mr Kok Tuck Cheong, Managing Director of Eastern & Oriental Berhad. “True scarcity in residential development today comes from elements that cannot be recreated, elevation, permanent green adjacency and scale that allows for genuine community planning,” he said. “Seri Embun brings these together in a way that supports enduring value rather than short-term trends.”
