16 July, KUALA LUMPUR – Seven areas in Klang Valley will a 3-day face scheduled water disruption on Tuesday, 23 July 2019 due to improvement works at Sungai Selangor Phase 1 Water Treatment Plant.
The improvement works will be carried out starting 9:00 a.m to improve the water supply efficiency in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. Due to that, the whole plant will be shut down.
1. Petaling
2. Klang/ Shah Alam
3. Gombak
4. Kuala Lumpur
5. Hulu Selangor
6. Kuala Langat
7. Kuala Selangor
As this is a scheduled water disruption, the restoration period will vary from one area to another. The public is advised to refer to SYABAS’ list to check the full list of the affected areas and the disruption period.
