KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 15 — TSR Capital Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM240 million construction contract from Putrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd.
The contract is for the construction and completion of two blocks of condominiums, two blocks of multi-level car park blocks, common facilities, drainage and retention pond, piling works, associated infrastructure and landscape works at Putrajaya.
It is for a duration of 36 months and is expected to be completed by February 2019, said TSR Capital in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today.
The project is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial years ending 2016 through 2019.
