“I believe that homebuyers are confident with the Setia brand, and our ability to deliver unique concepts and quality homes that they expect from the No. 1 property developer in Malaysia. Setia’s agility in understanding and adapting to the market’s needs, listening to the homebuyers’ feedback also contribute to strong interest from the public for every project that Setia launched,” said Datuk Koe.

Setia Safiro is a self-sustainable development priced at mid-range to cater to first time home buyers and also young families who are looking to upgrade their house. Inspired by Barcelona’s widely-adapted modern integrated grid plan, Setia Safiro was designed to ensure seamless living between man, nature, and transportation.

Phase 1A of Setia Safiro, called Rosario is a freehold double-storey link house located five kilometres from the multiple award-winning Setia Eco Glades at Cyberjaya. Adding to the accolades, Setia Eco Glades have also won the World Gold award for Master Plan category from FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2018. The awards won are a testatement to Setia’s commitment in their pursuit to deliver the best in their development offerings.

“Based on the strong joint-venture relationship we have with Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, the Master Developer for Cyberjaya for Setia Eco Glades, we are thrilled to be developing Setia Safiro with them. Homebuyers can expect more of such successful collaborations in the near future in Cyberjaya,” added Datuk Koe.

Buyers can anticipate great accessibility and connectivity, as well as high-security that have been the signature for every Setia’s development. With all 97 units in phase 1A sold out, the public can look forward to the upcoming launch of phase 1B next.

The three-bedroom and three-bathroom units are offered under the recently extended Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), that will give discounts of at least 10% and a 100% stamp duty exemption for the first RM1mil of house’s value.

Enticing residents right at the entrance of Setia Mayuri are intricate sculptures that bear the rich artistry of Balinese architecture. From the myriad of sculptures that ornate the ambience to the picturesque homes that fuse classic Balinese styling with contemporary designs and features, residents can now indulge in this paradise set between the growing townships of Semenyih and Broga.

With a total GDV of RM700mil, this development was designed to provide residents with a calm and peaceful environment amidst the soaring ceilings, large picture windows, stone carvings and timber adornments, a signature of the beautiful Balinese-style architecture.

“I am very pleased with the excellent take-up rate for Setia Mayuri. We are convinced that the Southern Corridor of Kuala Lumpur will continue to be of interest to property purchasers and it is unique concepts such as Setia Mayuri that would make a difference to the home buyers,” said Datuk Tan Hon Lim, Executive Vice President (EVP) of S P Setia.

The recent successful launch of Baris Place, Setia Mayuri’s commercial zone of 32 lifestyle shop offices had also reaffirmed that Setia Mayuri has started on the right footing and will grow into another strong, self-sustained project that S P Setia is known for.

“Setia Mayuri is also managed by the Setia EcoHill team who led us to clinching the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards (MLAA)’s Honour Award for Setia EcoHill 2’s Adventure Park under Landscape Development Award – Developer & GLC Category earlier this year,” added Datuk Tan.

More than 500 guests came to witness the launch of Setia Mayuri Sales Gallery and enjoyed many Bali-inspired activities such as Balinese mini spa, Balinese hair braiding, Balinese cooking demonstration, wood carving colouring, Balinese traditional costume makeover, Balinese dance and Gamelan performances.

Recent launches including Setia Alamsari and Setia Mayuri which were previously I&P-owned projects that are now given a new breathe of life after S P Setia acquired and recalibrated the master plans and injected its well-known Development Philosophy of Live Learn Work Play into these developments.
