6 January, KUALA LUMPUR – Residents of People’s Housing Projects (PPRs) and Public Houses (PA) in the capital can now settle their rent, water bill and housing service fees online using the JomPay service.
The Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) in a statement today said through the service, payments could be made online through any of the 40 banks in Malaysia.
“We hope that the service which began on Dec 21 will facilitate residents of PPR and PA under DBKL to settle their rental, water bill and service fees at any time without having to visit DBKL’s physical payment counters,” said the statement.
Further information is available on DBKL’s website at www.dbkl.gov.my, and any inquiries can be made at the service counter located at the Community Development and Wellbeing Department at Menara DBKL 3, or by calling 03-26176154, or by emailing ‘[email protected]’.
