KULAI, JOHOR – PH World Property Sdn Bhd (“PH World”), a distinguished property developer, and Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“Alliance Bank”) have formalised a strategic collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This partnership will provide tailored financing solutions for buyers of the highly anticipaed Double Storey Courtyard Home Series at D’Art Hills Residence in Kulai, Johor. This marks a significant milestone as Alliance Bank’s first MOU signing for a Johor-based project, underscoring the confidence in PH World’s development and the growing Johor property market. Under the ‘Alliance Home Complete’ programme, qualified homebuyers will be offered:

  • An additional financing facility of up to RM150,000, with a tenure of up to 10 years, on top of the primary home loan. This supplementary fund is designed to help buyers cover costs for home renovations, furnishings, and personalisation, allowing them to move in seamlessly and start enjoying their new home immediately.

Datuk Wira David Pang, Founder and Group Executive Chairman of PH World Group, said, “People have always been at the heart of everything we do across PH World’s five business divisions; Property, Palm Oil, Mining, Eco Innovation and Hospitality. Our partnership with Alliance Bank reflects this long-held belief, supporting our homeowners with innovative financing solutions that help them transition into their new homes with greater financing support and confidence.”

Joseph Pang, Managing Director and CEO of PH World Property, added: “Our mission is to develop innovative, well-designed, and high-quality homes that enrich local communities, guided by our development philosophy Art, Nature, and People. By collaborating with Alliance Bank, we offer greater financing flexibility that supports our homeowners in owning our unique homes, especially during the critical period of taking ownership.

This initiative provides additional financing support for their renovations, enabling homeowners to live in their dream homes with a peace of mind. At PH World Property, we remain committed to delivering a seamless and rewarding homeownership journey.”

Edwin Lee Wee Gee, Head Cards and Loans of Alliance Bank, said: “At Alliance Bank, we understand the needs of the community for a personalised living space that they can truly call their home. This collaboration with PH World — our first Johor-based project — enables us to provide comprehensive financing solutions for homeowners. We are grateful for this opportunity. As The Bank For Life, homeownership is an important milestone for our customers, and we are committed to supporting them during these meaningful moments.”

The launch of the new Double Storey Courtyard Home Series (22′ x 70′ and 22′ x 80′) follows the overwhelming demand for the earlier phases of D’Art Hills Residence, which is a 58 acres mixed commercial and residential development with a Gross Development Value of RM 850 million. Priced from RM 792,000 onwards, the series garnered over 3,000 registrants and achieved an 80% take-up rate during its launch in January. Now, a limited release of 104 units from Phase 5 is open for registration, priced from RM 814,000. These homes are part of a self-sustained community featuring 2 private clubhouses, the prestigious D’Hills Park with panoramic views of Kulai town, and access to more than 15 lifestyle facilities.
