6 MAY, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) carries on the strong momentum in 2021 with the celebration of its second topping up ceremony of the year for M Centura in Sentul today. This symbolises the completion of the structure for the whole development. The contemporary freehold development has fully sold out, showcasing the confidence and strong demand from the home buyers towards Mah Sing’s affordably priced product offerings.

Present at the topping up ceremony were Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang, management team of Mah Sing, as well as main contractors who are involved in the development of the project.

Being Mah Sing’s first project in Sentul, M Centura has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM570million. This strategically located development is only 5km from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, allowing easy access to various parts of the city and suburbs via trunk roads and highways including DUKE Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) as well as Karak Highway. The construction of M Centura is currently at around 89% completion and is on track for vacant possession targeted in Q4 2021.
