KLK Land launches Bandar Seri Coalfields Residents’ Clubhouse and sales gallery

 4 May, Selangor – KLK Land Sdn Bhd (“KLK Land”) kicked off its Bandar Seri Coalfields Residents’ Clubhouse (“BSC Clubhouse”) over an exciting weekend that saw approximately 500 turns up for the event. It also saw the new KLK Land Sales Gallery opened to the public in conjunction with the launch. Spanning 2.5 acres of land, sited adjacent to each other, the BSC Clubhouse is designed to enhance the amenities, wellbeing and promote a healthy lifestyle for the community in Bandar Seri Coalfields while the KLK Land Sales Gallery aims to better serve its customers need.

The newly constructed KLK Land Sales Gallery aims to be a one-stop information centre for its customers. Apart from showcasing KLK Land as a company and its wide range of products, it is targeted to provide a complete customers’ experience and after-sales service through its customer care team to meet its customers need from beginning to end.

The BSC Clubhouse comes complete with fitness and recreational facilities, featuring badminton, tennis and basketball courts, a pool and wading pool, gymnasium and function rooms which will be made available to residents to host their own private events, family and community gatherings. A cafeteria complements the event spaces, where residents can have a meal or host their visitors.

Located at the heart of Bandar Seri Coalfields, the BSC Clubhouse and the KLK Land Sales Gallery were officiated by the Chief Executive Officer of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (“KLK”), Tan Sri Lee Oi Hian together with the Managing Director of KLK Land, Dato’ David Tan Thean Thye.

“We are proud to officially unveil this exclusive Clubhouse for our residents as well as the Sales Gallery to the public. The completion of the Clubhouse and the Sales Gallery marks the realization of our goal of delivering quality products and services as well as to create sustainable communities. We will continue to deliver to the benefit of current and future residents, there will also be more amenities in the pipeline including the building of schools,” said Chief Executive Officer of KLK, Tan Sri Lee Oi Hian.

During the launch, the ribbon cutting ceremony was followed by an auspicious Lion Dance performance and guests were invited to discover the facilities in the BSC Clubhouse. Guests and members of public were also given a brief about Bandar Seri Coalfields, the integrated township and its products offering in the KLK Land Sales Gallery. Another key highlight of the day included lucky draw, workshop, games which entertained all ages and provided a fun day out for the family.
