Lexa Residence at the Quartz, is one of the new freehold developments located at the upcoming town of Wangsa Maju, KL. This new development derives its name from a rare plant called Ilex Praetemissa, a plant that is only found in the area, and nowhere else in the world. The Lexa Residence development is an undertaking of the Beverly Group, who is also responsible for major impressive projects such as the Marc Residence and 28 Boulevard. The Lexa Residence will span a land area of 2.69 acres in a mixed development of 16.5 acres which will include offices and shops and is expected to be completed in 2019. Valued at approximately RM1.6 billion, the development will be built in five phases and this first phase consists of two blocks of 21 and 23 storeys which will house a total of 428 units of residential homes of sizes 660sq ft and above and between two and four bedrooms. Each unit will come partially furnished, with air-conditioners provided, as well as a fully fitted kitchen cabinets, hood and hob for the kitchen. There will also be a balcony overlooking the park, city or swimming pool for every unit. The bathrooms will be fitted with water heaters to get the best bath experience.The location is a favorable one for residents who want single living or with family. There are great amenities nearby to serve a family with kids or a high flying corporate person who needs a convenient place to reside. Just opposite the development is Villa Wangsamas as well as Infiniti 3. Moreover it is easily accessible as it is situated just next to Jalan 34/26 and this ensures it is directly accessible to the main road in just minutes. The highlight of the development is the 50m lap pool with an infinity edge that is a crowd pleaser and affords residents the ability to unwind in a remarkable pool, as they enjoy an astonishing view of Wangsa Maju.Wangsa Maju is a known residential area that has provided landed homes for low and middle income families for decades. In fact, it is a Haven for affordable properties for families living in Kuala Lumpur. As such it is easily accessible, has a high number of amenities ranging from shopping centers to education institutions catering to the increasing number of residents. Some amenities around the area include the Wangsa walk, Wangsa Link, AU2 Setiawangsa, Aeon Big, Alpha Angel, Royal Selangor Visitors Centre and more. Wangsa Maju holds education as one of its strength and is known to have some of the best private and international schools around. Some of which include Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Zon R, Wangsa Maju, Sekolah Kebangsaan Wangsa Maju Seksyen, SMK Seri Rampai, Fairview International, International Islamic School, Sayfool International School and more. Wangsa Maju also provides some of the best variation of foods available on the roadside, to stores and posh restaurants. Some of the places to eat here are Sri Ayutthaya Thai, Restoran Mee Udang Mak Jah, Ayers Rock Butcher & Grill, Wanglad Grill by Chef Zubir, KFC & Pizza Hut and so much more.Facilities serving this development include the common area for both towers at level 7. It has 2 baths, which includes a master bath. This is just perfect for singles or young couples who are fine with tight spaces. The layout is in Tower A and B. Type BQ is a 3-bedroom premium unit at 875 sq ft in size, and comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is a bigger side that the regular 3 bedroom layout. This spacious unit is only available in Tower B. Type DP offers more rooms than the average layouts. It has four bedrooms with two baths at 1,135 sq ft in size. Type DP is found only in Tower A. Lexa Residence has another unit called Type C3P, sized at 1,190 sq ft. It boasts three bedrooms and two baths and an elongated hallway connecting the main door to the living and dining areas. The Layout is ideal for families that love space. It is available in both towers.Beverly Group Sdn Bhd has delivered projects such as Marc Service Residence, 28 Boulevard, and Galleria Equine Park. Other projects neaby the area of Wangsa Maju include Seri Riana Residence, Villa Wangsa Mas, Riana Green East, Desa Putra, and Metroview Condominium.
