Faber Heights is a high-rise freehold condominium in Jalan Desa Utama, Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur and also within the vicinity of Old Klang Road. The property which is located in the thriving township of Taman Desa was first developed by Faber Union in the 1980s, but then it was passed to a Korean contractor for completion. The condo is well designed and can still competes with other condos in the area with its old-world charm and modern facilities. Apart from in-house facilities, Faber Heights have easy accessibility to the neighbouring cities through public transportation buses and taxis, and well connected major roads. One of the most appealing features of Faber Height is the old-world charm which it oozes. Hence, home seekers who are drawn to this sort of property will enjoy the appeal of the property. Also, residents have access to modern sporting equipment and facilities like squash court, table tennis courts and equipment, gymnasium and many others. The security of life and properties is also prioritized in the condo. Faber Heights condominium is a just a short drive to neighbouring townships like Damansara Heights, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, and Kuala Lumpur city centre. Faber Heights is condo which has modern facilities and conveniences for residents despite completion in the 1980s. There is also a children's playground, cafeteria, barbeque area, hair salon, business centre, mini-market, and launderette. Entertainment and relaxation are provided in some in-house facilities like the clubhouse, jacuzzi and sauna. Residents are also provided with parking and security in the property. Faber Heights is a freehold condominium nestled amongst lush greenery in Taman Desa, a suburban area near Mid Valley City, Seputeh, and the Kuala Lumpur city centre. The condo which is a high-rise building has three blocks, 19 storeys, and about 370 residential units. The units in the condo are spacious, and the built-up size is approximately between 608 sqft – 1,261 sqft. The subsale price for the units is in the range of RM 300,000.00 - RM 730,000.00, and rental is between RM 1,000.00 - RM 2,800.00. There are claims that rental cost of a bare unit at RM1,000 minimum, while the rent for a studio varies with the available furnishing. The value of maintenance per sq ft of the residents unit in the condo is RM 0.25. The project was initially developed by Faber Union in the 1980s, but then it was passed to a Korean contractor for further development until completion. Other projects delivered by the same group developer are Mont Kiara Astana, Mont Kiara Palma, Mont Kiara Pines, and Mont Kiara Pelangi. The project which was completed in 1989, has a greenery appearance which still appeals to home seekers despite being old. Other similar projects in the area are OUG Parklane, Southbank Residence, The Scott SOHO, Tiara Mutiara, and Petalz Residences @ Old Klang Road.
