I 'm like entering a " GARDEN Resort Hotel!!REALLY AMAZING!

..stay one day in "Garden Resort Hotel" cost about RM12k per day ....if stay for one year?? Wow..really very expensive!!it almost RM4.5mil ,even you are very rich, but you won't do this...right? why not you just buy a ready made " Garden Resort Hotel" to be your SWEET HOME???
JUST RM4.5mil only...because is leasehold..you get a good price, if not www.l***** friend will sell RM5.5mil and above...
Life is short! Human life also a leasehold ..why we care about is free or lease ..???
Just pay for RM 4.2mil ..everyday you can enjoy holiday with you lover or your kids...at the same time , you can earn money as well...because after 10 years you can sell at RM9 million.. ha!ha!ha!... because property price only can GO UP!!not Go down right?
Actually my friend are no intention to sell..as they bought a huge bungalow .so they need to move..because of that you have a good chance to buy !! My friend not even spent over a million to renovate..and she put a lot of time,effort and "heart" for this bungalow, even you buy a bare unit bungalow ..you may not get a good interior designer like her...sometime interior designer make you headache...

I have an experience, if one of the family member fall sick ,like get stroke or disable to walk,if live in double storey or even worse three storey house,she or he will sleep down stair,the feeling is not good and feel lonely.....really very sad!!!!....will cry at night.......:(
So what is my conclusion is:
Stay in Single storey house, we are convenient to take care our family,relationship closer and closer,do house work also easy and faster! right?
if single storey house on fire, you can escape faster than double storey house,,Ha!!Ha!joking only lah...
(In fact, i love it so much but i'm not qualify to buy:(
maintenance fee only RM720 per month,
This lot land area is 8761sf,that mean cost RM0.082per sf ONLY!!
cheaper than even low cost flat!!how to find??? you tell me...
