Auction process
1) Only exterior property inspection is permitted. No internal viewings allowed.
2) Registration with full name, IC number, and address is required at the bank.
3) A 10% deposit on the reserve price is necessary to qualify as a bidder.
4) Deposit will be refunded if the bidding is unsuccessful.
5) Bidders are encouraged to verify loan eligibility before participating in the auction. Upon winning the bid, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If bidders fail to finalize the process in a timely manner, there will be no refund on the deposit, including cases of loan rejection.
6) Property will be sold in its current condition.
