The KL East: The Ridge is an upcoming serviced residence located in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur. The property has a freehold land tenure and is expected to be completed in 2020. KL East: The Ridge is on foothills of the Klang Gates quartz ridge that is the longest quartz ridge in the world. It is the main reason that more than half the development is enveloped in natural rainforests, parks, and gardens. The development also houses the 53- acre Forest Park, and features, ultimately inviting social spaces and facilities designed to build a strong community. The lavished look and perfect location of this residency is an indication that this development targets the high-income owners. The apartment is perfect for singles or couples especially students. The residence is accessible via a diverse array of expressways such as the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) is well-connected to other major roads such as Jalan Gombak and DUKE Highway. These routes are best for vehicle owners who can easily reach their business hubs and shopping within the district. For the residents traveling by public transport, the best convenient transport is of Taman. Melawati, Wangsa Maju, and Setiawangsa Putra LRT stations.
