Auction procedure
1) Only external property inspection is permitted. No internal viewings allowed.
2) Registration with the bank requires full name, IC number, and address.
3) A 10% deposit on the reserve price is necessary to qualify as a bidder.
4) Deposit will be refunded if the bid is unsuccessful.
5) Bidders should verify loan eligibility before participating in the auction. Once the bid is won, the deposit will be cashed by the bank. If the bidder fails to complete the process promptly, there will be no refund for the deposit, including cases of loan rejection.
6) Property is sold on an 'as-is, where-is' basis.
