Auction procedure
- Inspect the property only from the outside condition
- No access to view the inside condition for the actual auction unit, as no keys are available to show you the unit
- Verify your loan status prior to participating in the auction
- We will coordinate with bankers to assist you in loan verification
- Register with us at least 1 day before the auction (auction documents will be provided after registration)
- Online transfer of 10% deposit or prepare a 10% bank draft made payable to bank name at least 1 day before the auction
- Auction will take place with both online and on-site bidding, and we will support you throughout the bidding process
- We will arrange for a professional lawyer specializing in auction cases to assist you after a successful bid
