Auction procedure
1) inspection of the property is limited to the exterior only. Viewing is not permitted
2) registration with the bank requires full name, IC number, and address
3) a deposit of 10% of the reserve price is necessary to be eligible as a bidder
4) if the bidding is unsuccessful, the deposit will be refunded
5) bidders should verify loan approval prior to the auction. Once the bidding is won, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If the bidder fails to complete the process on time, there will be no refund for the deposit, including in cases of loan rejection.
6) the property is sold as is, in its current condition.
