Auction process
- View the property from the exterior only
- Access to the inside of the auction unit is not allowed, as no keys are available for viewing
- Confirm your loan eligibility prior to taking part in the auction
- We will have bankers available to assist you with loan verification
- Register with us at least one day before the auction (auction documents will be sent once you register with us)
- Submit a 10% deposit online or prepare a 10% bank draft made out to the bank at least one day prior to the auction
- The auction will take place both online and on-site, and we will guide you throughout the bidding process
- We will arrange for a qualified attorney to assist you with auction matters after a successful bid
