There are not many apartments in Setapak, that can provide affluent and exclusive amenities with comfort life, as Idaman Putera @ Setapak gives. This is a freehold condominium that is built with 9 floors and total of 744 units. These units (houses) are approximately 1350 sf. This freehold apartment is located at Taman Ibukota, Setapak, in Kuala Lumpur. The area is a bit crowded and often times witness traffic halt with long queues of vehicle standing upon to move but the services you get here and in the surrounding area is hard to find elsewhere. This is the primary reason; house seekers have been constantly keeping tabs on this building for rent/purchase. There are lot of places/facility around here that makes this condo a major attraction to reside. You will find some great primary and secondary schools with affluent medical facility and many more. Regarding schools, there are some great school present, even though they might be little far but they do provide bus services directly on the route of this apartment. Smart Reader Kids Medan Idaman, SK (1) Gombak and SJK Lee Rubber are some of the well-known schools that are popular and most preferred ones among our residents. As far as medical facility is concerned, there are two renowned hospitals present nearby; Columbia hospital and Damai service hospital. They provide immediate medical treatment to any kind of patient. Their quick ambulance and emergency service have created the benchmark among hospitals to follow. There is also a giant supermarket, Supermarkets OTK @ Medan Idaman Gombak, just 5 minutes away from the building that you can access for your groceries and personal stuff. Now, if you are wondering about the entertainment factor, there are two major shopping complex present in the surrounding area. There, one can enjoy shopping from exclusive brand stores, watching cinema in multiplexes and also tasting authentic Malaysian delicacies from inside eateries with spacious open sitting facility. Malls such as TAYBA MART 3, Plaza Idaman and Jawdah Group SdnBhd are the popular ones amongst the community of Setapak. If you feel like enjoying a brisk walk/run under an eco-friendly environment, there is a park nearby to give you a soothing and peaceful environment i.e. Taman Medan Idaman. Lastly, you will get nearer to some classy restaurants that are reputed for giving the most delicious Malaysian cuisine such as QasarBalqis Restaurant, Mum's Legacy Roasted Burgers, and an American burger joint, McDonald’s @ KompleksIdaman. There are so many exquisite places around here; it will be a fantastic adventure to enjoy each one of them on your free time. Idaman Putera is located on the main road towards Jalan Gombak and you can access the building through the route of MRR2 highway, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE). There is also a LRT station, Taman Melati present in 10 minutes of walking distance from the building. There are bus services you can opt for to reach out other parts of city. There are currently three main bus stations present nearby the building i.e. KL 904 Batu 5 Gombak, Jalan Gombak, Medan Idaman Commercial Centre, Jalan, Opposite Medan Idaman Commercial Centre, Jalan. The facilities inside the condominium compound are exotic and give an overall comfy atmosphere in the lives of the residents. There is a fully operational badminton indoor hall and tennis court within the compound with an additional full size basketball court. If there are any sports fanatics, you won’t have to look for sports complex outside, as you might get the best in your condo itself. There is a BBQ station with latest barbeque equipment installed in the facility, so that residents can enjoy some grilled food during their small family gathering. A recreational lake is also created to give the apartment outlook a touch of nature. A mini-mart is also present inside the building for residents to purchase common groceries and household stuff rather than going out to supermarkets for every other thing. A spacious lounge and a nursery have been built inside the compound. Lastly, a giant swimming pool is built adjacent to the main gate of the building. All of these facilities are well protected by the 24 hour security system, handled by the management team of the building. With such facilities, no wonder people across the country are enquiring for a house in the building to live. This condominium is a 9-floor building with over 700 units. These units (or houses) are up for sale and rent and if opt to live, the starting price for negotiation will be 450,000RM and 1,500RM (per month). The houses are renovated with modern architecture with latest electrical and tapware equipment. The developer of this house tried to provide the best facilities inside the compound for their residents to enjoy their stay while living here. If you still want to look out for other buildings/apartments, you look at PV 10 Platinum Lake, 288 Residency @ Setapak, Platinum Victory Lake City PV 13, and Danau Kota flat @ Setapak.
