Auction procedure
1) Property can only be inspected externally. No internal viewings are permitted.
2) Registration with the bank requires full name, IC number, and address.
3) A deposit of 10% of the reserve price is necessary to qualify as a bidder.
4) The deposit will be refunded if the bidding does not succeed.
5) Bidders are recommended to verify loan eligibility before participating in the auction. If successful, the deposit will be cashed by the bank. No refunds will be granted for the deposit if the bidder fails to complete the process in time, including if the loan is denied.
6) The property will be sold as is, where it stands.

IMPORTANT RULES:
- The headline must contain both minimum 10 characters and maximum 70 characters.
- The description must contain both minimum 50 words and maximum 2000 characters.
