- No inside viewings of the auction unit are permitted, as no one has keys to show you the unit
- Verify your loan status prior to participating in the auction
- We will provide bankers to assist you with loan verification
- Please register with us at least 1 day before the auction (auction documents will be provided after registration)
- Online transfer of a 10% deposit or prepare a 10% bank draft payable to the bank at least 1 day before the auction
- The auction will feature online and on-site bidding, and we will support you throughout the entire bidding process
- We will arrange for a professional lawyer in auction matters to assist you after a successful bid
