I am a senior real estate negotiator from IQI REALTY SDN BHD. Having graduated from a reputable university in Australia, in 1986 and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant, my professional career has seen me working as Corporate Consultant in two major public accounting firms in the world, before I embarked on serving a public listed company, which was listed on the Main Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

During the later stage of my professional career and prior to embarking on the real estate industry, I was attached to an investment bank, dealing with the capital markets, both locally and abroad. Since the early stage of my professional career, I have taken a liking in properties and property investment. I invested in my very first property in 1990 and have since gone on to many more such ventures over the last many years.
