Brief description of the resort
• This is a diving resort, known for its affordable rate among the avid divers.
• The property is surrounded by palm trees and tropical forest, overseeing Sulu Sea.
• Coral reef can be seen just about 200 meters from the resort shoreline.
• The land has trapezoidal shape with long shoreline of approximately 300 meters.
• There are 2 ravines nearby that leads to the sea, which keep the land dry, without flood.

Brief description of the surrounding area
• The prime location of the property provides quick access to Pulau Banggi which, along with neighbouring Pulau Balambangan, Pulau Malawali, Pulau Balak and Pulau Molleangan amongst others, a protected area that forms the southern half of the Balabic Straights which separate Borneo from the Philippines and is the meeting place of the Sulu and the South China Sea.
• The Balabic Straight is a passageway for all kinds of marine animals, from turtles to many type of oceanic animals such whale sharks, dolphins and pelagic fishes. The proximity of Pulau Banggi to that corridor makes it a fantastic opportunity for occasional encounters with that kind of fauna.
