Kuchai Exchange is one of the relatively new commercial developments in within the Kuchai Lama neighbourhood, located just next to the popular NSK hypermarket with easy access from Sri Petaling and Sungai Besi. While it is centrally located, many of the shops still remained untenanted as of 2015, while traffic in the area is horrendous at most times of the day preventing easy entry and exit into the Kuchai Exchange commercial area.
