Auction guidelines
1) Only external inspections of the property are permitted. No interior viewings are allowed.
2) Registration with the bank requires your full name, IC number, and address.
3) To be eligible as a bidder, a 10% deposit based on the reserve price is required.
4) If the bidding is unsuccessful, the deposit will be refunded.
5) Bidders should verify loan eligibility prior to participating in the auction. Upon winning the bid, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If the bidder fails to complete the transaction within the stipulated time, no refund will be provided for the deposit, including cases of loan rejection.
6) The property will be sold on an "as is, where is" basis.

IMPORTANT RULES:
- The headline must contain both minimum 10 characters and maximum 70 characters.
- The description must contain both minimum 50 words and maximum 2000 characters.
