2) Full name, IC number and address are required for bank registration
3) A 10% deposit of the reserve price is required to qualify as a bidder
4) deposit will b refund if the bidding is unsuccessful
5) bidder are advised to check loan before proceed with auction . Once win the bidding deposit will cash in by bank. If bidder can't complete the process in time that's no refund for the deposit including loan rejected.
