For Type A1 to A2, it comes with a private landscape for the enjoyment of the Kuala Lumpur city view. For Type C1 to C2, Type C3 to C4 and Type E1 to E10, all of them come with three bedrooms. Their built-up size falls into the range of 1,615 sq. ft. to 1,625 sq. ft. , 1,184 sq. ft. and 1,281 sq. ft. respectively. The interior of Three28 Tun Razak are rather subtle. All of these partially fitted serviced residence units are enchanting with the complete sets of air conditioners, wardrobe, electrical appliances and a fully built in kitchen built-in cabinet with hood and hob as well as oven. Moreover, all units come with sanitary fittings and wares with high quality, along with aluminium framed glass windows and doors of solid timber, timber flush and aluminium framed glass. Three28 Tun Razak expected date of completion is assumed to be in Quarter four of year 2016.
