Soho Suites Serviced Residence @ KLCC, KLCC, KL City Centre

Soho Suites offers 2 types of Soho, Duplex and Simplex. Duplex is a 2-storey unit with Suite Office on lower floor and Service Suite Apartment on upper floor. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. Meanwhile, the Simplex unit is a single-storey unit whereby the Service Residential Apartment unit is connected to Corporate Office (different block). A resident can live in the apartment of Soho Suites, and goes to work on different unit via internal passage. The separate configuration of work place and residential unit lets the owner customize living area to suit residential ambience and office space to suit formal business activities.

The concept of Soho Suites is enhanced by the separation of residential lifts and office lifts. The residential lifts stop at residential floors, while the office lifts stop at office floors.
There are a total of 5 zones at Soho Suites, namely Zone RA (Residential Apartment) 1, Zone RA (Residential Apartment) 2, Zone CO (Corporate Office), Zone SO (Suites Office) and Zone SA (Suite Apartment). Each zone is serviced by 4 lifts, with each lift serves 4 units per floor.
