Auction procedure
- Inspect the property by outside condition only
- No viewing of inside condition for the actual auction unit is allow, as nobody got keys to show u the unit
- Check your loan status before joining the auction
- We will arrange bankers to assist u on loan checking
- Register with us at least 1 days before the auction (auction document will be given to u after u registered with us)
- Online transfer of 10% deposit/ prepare a 10% bank draft payable to bank name at least 1 day before the auction
- Auction will be online/ on site bidding, we will assist u throughout the whole bidding process
- We will arrange a professional lawyer in auction cases to assist u after successfully bid
