This development was completed by the YNH Berhad group which was a very famous and well reputed company in the construction industry. The construction of this development was completed in the year 2009 and this development contains all the facilities and features to make it a top development of the country. Fraser Place contains a lot of facilities and features that the residents of many developments only dream of having. There is a beautiful sun deck where the residents can enjoy the sunshine. The development contains a Sauna as well where the residents can pray without any disturbance. The residents can enjoy the steam room and a hot and cold dip pool as well. Fraser Place is indeed a great place to live in. It is surrounded by beautiful developments and a variety of amenities. The residents of the development do not have to worry about anything because everything is easily available in the locality. There are many educational institutions in the area providing top class educational facilities to the people of the locality. Few of the famous educational institutions in the area are namely Tadika Lai Meng, The Student Service Center, Rima Group of College and Tadika Kanak Kanak Pooi Leng. It is considered to be a great place for those who love to do shopping because everything is easily available in the locality. Few of the famous shopping spots in the area are namely Suria KLCC, Cold Storage, The Weld, Cold Storage KLCC and Kiosk Avenue K Shopping from where the residents can shop for almost anything they want. The total area that the land covers is 1.04 acres. There are 217 serviced apartment units and 15 retail lot units. The built up area of the serviced apartment units starts from 450 sf and goes up to 4000 sf. The launching price of the serviced apartment units started from RM 780 per sf and went up till RM 980 per sf. Similarly, the launching price of the office block units started from RM 650 per and the launching price of the Retail Lot units started from RM 1500 per sf and goes up till RM 1800 per sf. The owners also have the option to rent out the units and the rent of the units starts from RM 3500 and goes up till RM 8500 depending on the selection of the design of the unit. There is a maintenance fee of RM 0.33 per sf which the residents have to pay. As discussed earlier, this construction of this development was completed by the YNH Berhand group. They did not cut down on the quality just to save few bucks and made sure that everything was of high quality. They try to give value back to the stakeholders by making sure that the residents do not have to worry about anything while residing in their project. Other development by the same developer includes Sfera Residency Puchong South, 633 Residency, and Ceriaan Kiara Few of the famous developments in the area are namely 10 Stonor, 2 Hampshire, 231 TR, 3 Kia Peng Partment and 6 Stonor.
