The Property is located on the western side of Jalan Kampung Sungai Serian within Kampung Sungai Serian, Kerling, Selangor Darul Ehsan. It is located approximately 75 kilometres to the north-west of the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

Present approach to the Property from the Kuala Lumpur city centre is by way of Jalan Kinabalu, Jalan Kuching, Jalan Rawang, Rawang Bypass, Rawang - Tanjung Malim trunk road (also known as Jalan Ipoh / Jalan Besar) and thence onto Jalan Kampung Sungai Serian for about 2.4 kilometres before leading to the Property.

The Property is situated within the Kampung Sungai Serian, Kerling, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The immediate neighbourhood is predominantly agricultural in character comprising the main smallholder’ lots mainly under rubber and oil palm cultivation.

In wider neighbourhood, found developments comprising single to double storey terrace houses, single to double storey detached houses, single to double storey detached houses, kampung designed dwelling houses and double storey shopoffices.
