Where the land is located.
Within the Chenderong Concession, there are other oil palm plantation which have been planted for more than 20 years, namely

• Ladang Risda (approximately 9343.59 acres)
• Anglo Eastern Plantation (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Genting Group related company) (approximately 16285.4 acres)
• Ladang Kerjasama MIC (4616.94 acres)

The access road to all these three plantations currently is through a timber logging laterite road from Cerul. Our plantation is accessed from Kampung Air Putih
There is a laterite access road from the Anglo Eastern Plantation to our plantation. (The road is accessible currently, but not in a very good condition. Some repairs and maintenance works are needed to make the road better.)

2. Property Details and Terms
The sub-lease agreement that the company had signed holding the rights of the subject property will expire on 30th December 2084.

Work done on the subject property is as follows:
• Terracing and accessing road within the area of approximately 2800 acres (namely Lot 21, 22, and 14)
• Palm count is approximately 25,000 planted since March 2015.

The company had itself started the durian plantation of Musang King species from June 2018. About 120 acres had been planted with piping and watering systems all constructed.

The company is offering to sell the right of this plantation at the price of RM11,000.00 per acre. (Total consideration of RM54,796,511.00). Price is negotiable.
