Auction procedure
1) Only external inspections of the property are permitted. No internal viewings allowed.
2) Registration at the bank requires full name, IC number, and address.
3) A 10% deposit based on the reserve price is necessary to qualify as a bidder.
4) Deposits will be refunded if the bidding is unsuccessful.
5) Bidders should confirm loan eligibility before participating in the auction. Once the bidding is won, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If the bidder fails to complete the process on time, the deposit will not be refunded, including in cases of loan rejection.
6) The property will be sold as is, in its current condition.

IMPORTANT RULES:
- The headline must contain both minimum 10 characters and maximum 70 characters.
- The description must contain both minimum 50 words and maximum 2000 characters.
