Schools within easy reach are Taman Petaling Secondary School, Petaling Secondary School and Yuk Chyun Chinese Primary School. It carries a total of 365 serviced apartment units spread all over two blocks which Tower A having 31 storeys will have 9 units per floor, while Tower B having 28 storeys will have 8 units per floor. Both blocks are served by 3 lifts each. This apartment offers eight types of unit layouts ranging from 730 to 1,335 sq ft. where Type A is the smallest layout that comes with two bedrooms and one bathroom while Type C1 and C2 is the biggest layout that comes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Type B comes at 1048 sq ft. with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and Type B1 is 38 sq ft. bigger than Type B. Type D, D1 and D2 comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms without a balcony which ranging from 868 to 902 sq ft. and these 3 types of layouts only available in Block A with KL City View. Half of the D’Sands Residence facing Bukit Gasing and another half of the building is facing KL City. All the units comes with one car park bay except for Type C1 and C2 comes with two car park bays which is for bigger families. Moreover, all units come with 11.5 ceiling height giving spacious and airy feeling space. All units are partially furnished which include kitchen cabinets, cooking hood and hob, and kitchen island countertop. The bathrooms are installed with all the basic things like wash basin, and even comes with a floor to ceiling tiles. The floor finishes is homogenous tiles for the living, dining, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, and yard, while timber laminated flooring treatment is given for the bedrooms. The expected date of completion for this project and the expected to move in on time is also in 2018. The listing price starts from RM 444,000 where cost around RM610 per sq ft. D’Sands Residence is like other high rise development with expected RM 1000 to RM 20000 differences between the same unit for every rising floors. The maintenance fee for the facilities featured is priced at RM 0.33 per sq ft. and each unit comes with either 1 or 2 free car park bays. The sales for this project have been encouragingly good and so far there are more than 80% of the units have been sold out. Another prestigious project developed by the developer includes D’9 @ Bangsar. Also, other projects around the area that might be worth checking out include Avantas Residences @ Old Klang Road, Saville @ Jalan Klang Lama, Citizen @ Old Klang Road, Meadow Park 2, and Delima Apartment.
