The floor finishes is homogenous tiles for the living, dining, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, and yard, while timber laminated flooring treatment is given for the bedrooms. The expected date of completion for this project and the expected to move in on time is also in 2018. The listing price starts from RM 444,000 where cost around RM610 per sq ft. D’Sands Residence is like other high rise development with expected RM 1000 to RM 20000 differences between the same unit for every rising floors. The maintenance fee for the facilities featured is priced at RM 0.33 per sq ft. and each unit comes with either 1 or 2 free car park bays. The sales for this project have been encouragingly good and so far there are more than 80% of the units have been sold out. Another prestigious project developed by the developer includes D’9 @ Bangsar. Also, other projects around the area that might be worth checking out include Avantas Residences @ Old Klang Road, Saville @ Jalan Klang Lama, Citizen @ Old Klang Road, Meadow Park 2, and Delima Apartment.
