Auction procedure
- Inspect the property from the outside only
- No internal viewing of the auction unit is permitted, as no one has the keys to show you the unit
- Verify your loan status prior to participating in the auction
- We will coordinate with bankers to help you with loan verification
- Register with us at least 1 day before the auction (auction documents will be provided after your registration)
- Online transfer of a 10% deposit/ prepare a 10% bank draft payable to the bank at least 1 day ahead of the auction
- The auction will allow both online and on-site bidding, and we will support you throughout the entire bidding process
- We will arrange for a professional lawyer in auction matters to assist you after a successful bid
